Patient is in her mid-20s from Chicago who came in for a consultation for reduction of excess labia minora. A labiaplasty using the wedge technique was performed under local anesthesia to achieve a natural and symmetric contour to her labia. Note the significant improvement in the appearance of her genitalia. This procedure can be performed as an outpatient under local anesthesia.
