This is a 25-year old young lady who presented with very large breasts measuring in the G and H cup range. Not not was she unhappy with the appearance of the breasts but they also caused her significant neck and upper back pain. She desired a breast reduction procedure to reduce the size of her breasts by a modest amount but at the same time give it a better shape. A breast reduction surgery was undertaken where approximately 1000 grams of breast tissue was removed from each breast and the nipples lifted to their normal position. She was extremely happy with the postoperative result.
