Patient is a woman in her 40s who had three children via C-section. She was dissatisfied with the excess skin and subcutaneous fat of her abdomen. Given that the abdominal pannus extended quite laterally, an extended abdominoplasty was planned and performed along with simultaneous power-assisted liposuction of the flanks to further contour her waist line.
