Patient is a 24-year old woman who came in for a consultation to discuss the appearance of her labia minora. She was embarrassed to wear tight clothes as the excess tissue was evident through the clothing. She was self-conscious about the problem and it affected her ability to be intimate. A labiaplasty procedure with reduction of the labia minora was performed on an outpatient basis. She was extremely satisfied with the results of her procedure. This procedure can be performed under local anesthesia and patients are able to drive themselves home at the completion of the procedure.
