Patient is a 30-year old young woman who came in for a consultation to discuss her dissatisfaction with the appearance of her excess labia minora tissue. She was embarrassed to wear tight clothes as the excess tissue was evident through the clothing. She also experienced quite a bit of discomfort. A labiaplasty procedure with reduction of the labia minora was performed to give the look that she desired. She was very happy with the results. This procedure can be performed as an outpatient under local anesthesia and patients are able to drive themselves home at the completion of the procedure.
