This young lady came in for a consultation for reduction of redundant labia minora tissue. A labiaplasty using the wedge technique was performed under local anesthesia to give a more natural and aesthetic contour to her labia. Note the tremendous improvement in the appearance of her genitalia even in a standing position. This procedure can be performed as an outpatient under local anesthesia and patients are able to drive themselves home at the completion of the procedure.
