This is a young 44-year old woman who lost significant weight after bariatric surgery. She was unhappy with the excess hanging skin of her upper arms. She wished to wear sleeveless shirts and dresses without being embarrassed about her upper arm redundant skin. In order to achieve the desired results, 300 cc of liposuction was performed on each upper arm followed by simultaneous arm lift with the incision concealed on the underside of the arm.
