This 60-year old woman from Michigan desired a better contour of her upper arms. She was bothered by the “batwings” that she developed after losing weight through bariatric surgery. Approximately 250 cc of liposuction was performed in each upper arm and axillary regions followed by an arm lift during the same surgery to remove the excess skin.
