Our patient is a 66 year-old female who presents with deflated breasts and slight difference in the size of the breasts. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation above the muscle with placement of 350cc moderate plus profile silicone implant on the right and a 300cc moderate plus profile silicone implant on the left side to correct the subtle asymmetry. With this procedure, she got the modest improvement that she wanted with filling of the upper poles of the breasts. She went from a B to a D cup bra. She was very happy with the outcome.
