Patient is a 37-year-old mother of three children who presents with small breasts, which became even more deflated after breastfeeding. She desired breast augmentation with silicone implants to increase the volume of her breasts. Dr. Bose, a board-certified plastic surgeon, had a preoperative discussion with the patient regarding the various available implants. During her augmentation procedure, 350cc smooth round high profile silicone implants were placed under muscle via a small 4 cm incision in the lower breast fold. The scars with this approach are imperceptible. Her breast size increased from an A to a small D cup.
