Our patient is a 29 year-old female who was dissatisfied with the deflated appearance of her breasts. She desired breast enhancement with implants to recapture her pre-baby breast appearance. Her breast augmentation was performed below the muscle with 425cc high profile silicone implants through a small incision in the lower breast crease. Notice that Dr. Bose was able to restore the fullness of the upper pole of the breasts, giving the breasts a more harmonious appearance.
