Our patient is a 20 year-old female who was unhappy with the size of her small breasts. She desired a breast augmentation to enhance the size of her breasts. Her breast augmentation was performed below the muscle with 300cc high profile implants utilizing a small 3.5cm incision under her breast fold. She went from an A to a D cup. She was thrilled with her post surgical results.
