This patient is a 21 year-old who came in complaining of small breasts. Preoperatively, she had significant discrepancy between the two breasts including the location of the lower breast fold and the nipple position. During her consultation, patient expressed interest in being a full D or DD after her augmentation. Dr. Bose discussed the various techniques and options available for a breast augmentation. As an experienced cosmetic breast surgeon, Dr. Bose was able to correct the height discrepancy in the lower breast fold and was able to even them out. The original nipple position, however, cannot be corrected with an augmentation alone and the patient was aware of that preoperatively. 475cc smooth round high profile implants were placed under muscle to give the look she desired. Patient was ecstatic with her result.
