Patient is a 50 year-old woman who presents with excess hanging skin of her upper arms after sustaining massive weight loss after bariatric surgery. An upper arm brachioplasty with extension down past the elbow was performed and a large amount of excess skin was resected to give her upper arms a beautiful, much more natural contour. The resulting scars while continue to remodel and lighten up over time.
