Case #477 – Arm Lift This 60-year old woman from Michigan desired a better contour of her upper arms. She was bothered by the “batwings” that she developed after losing weight through bariatric surgery. Approximately 250 cc of liposuction was performed in each upper arm and axillary regions followed by an arm lift during the same surgery to remove the excess skin. This combination of treatments is what helped us achieve a great contour to her upper arms.

She wished to wear sleeveless shirts and dresses without being embarrassed about her upper arm redundant skin. In order to achieve the desired results, 300 cc of liposuction was performed on each upper arm followed by simultaneous arm lift with the incision concealed on the underside of the arm.
