This young lady from NW Indiana came in for a consultation for breast implants. She desired a substantial increase in the size of her breasts and wanted to look fuller in her bathing suit. Subpectoral 425 cc high profile silicone implants were placed through a small incision concealed within the lower breast fold. Her cup size went from a B to a double D while still maintaining a natural appearance. She is very happy with the postoperative size of her breasts. Note the fullness that was achieved in the upper pole of the breasts that was lacking pre-operatively.

Case #699 – Breast Reduction
Patient is a 45-year old woman who presented with large breasts measuring in the DDD cup range. In addition to not liking the large size of her breasts, she was bothered by long-standing neck and shoulder pain due to the excess weight from her breasts. She desired a breast reduction procedure to reduce the size of her breasts. A breast reduction surgery was performed and approximately 700 grams of breast tissue was excised from each breast and the nipples lifted to their normal position. She noticed resolution of her neck pain one month after her procedure. Scars with continue to mature and lighten up over time.

This is a 41 year-old woman from Chicago with an athletic build came in for a consultation for a breast augmentation. She desired a modest increase in her breast size that did not interfere with her workout routine. Case #664 – Breast Reduction
This is a 25-year old young lady who presented with very large breasts measuring in the G and H cup range. Not not was she unhappy with the appearance of the breasts but they also caused her significant neck and upper back pain. She desired a breast reduction procedure to reduce the size of her breasts by a modest amount but at the same time give it a better shape. A breast reduction surgery was undertaken where approximately 1000 grams of breast tissue was removed from each breast and the nipples lifted to their normal position. She was extremely happy with the postoperative result.
