Case #692 – Tummy Tuck This wonderful patient is a healthy, very active 74-year old who presents with dissatisfaction with the way her belly looked. She had a tummy tuck procedure done about 30 years ago that resulted in abnormal scarring and irregularities of her abdominal wall. She wished to have these problems corrected and have her “stomach cleaned up a little bit”. A redo Tummy Tuck was performed to achieve the “Beach Body” she desired. Her tummy tuck scar is concealed within the bikini line.

Case #652 – Tummy Tuck Patient is in her mid-50’s who leads a very active lifestyle. She was unhappy with the excess skin around her stomach and wanted to improve her midsection. In addition, she also had a hernia around her belly button which needed to be repaired. An abdominoplasty or tummy tuck was performed to achieve her goals. She also underwent a hernia repair at the same time.

Case #677 – Tummy Tuck Patient is a young woman in her mid 20s, mother of one, presents with excess skin and fat of her abdomen and flanks after significant weight loss from diet and exercise. She desired a better contour to her abdomen. Of note, he has a history of breast augmentation with a lift performed by me earlier in the year for drooping breasts. This time around, a tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks and repair of the weak abdominal fascia was performed. This combination of breast and abdominal contouring procedures comprises of what is commonly known as a “mommy makeover”.

She desired an improvement in the appearance of her waistline so that she would be comfortable wearing fitted clothing.
