Case #489 – Blepharoplasty This is a wonderful 65-year old woman who presents with dissatisfaction of her upper eyelids. She had excess upper eyelid skin hooding which not only gave her the tired appearance but also impaired her vision. An upper eyelid lift or blepharoplasty was performed to give a more rejuvenated appearance to her eyes. Also notice the re-establishment of the upper eyelid skin crease which was absent before the surgery.
